Ball & Roller Bearing Products
Due to our short run expertise, we can greatly reduce the manufacturing time, which in turn means faster deliveries. When you call us and need bearings FAST, we can adjust our production to match your needs. When you call us, you are speaking with the person who makes the schedule, and not a salesman who is dictated by the schedule. You can also count on us for custom bearings and obsolete bearings.
Crane Hook Thrust Bearings
The CT and WCT Type bearings are designed for crane hook or similar applications where heavy thrust loads and low speeds of rotation are encountered.
Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Cylindrical Roller Bearings have hardened and ground rollers which are in linear contact with the raceway of the inner and outer rings.
Journal Roller Bearings
Gwilliam Journal Roller Bearings are designed for high radial load, low speed applications. They consist of hardened bearing steel inner and outer raceways and a non-separable roller assembly.
Ball Thrust Bearings
These ball thrust bearings consist of three parts; a shaft and housing washer that have annular grooves in them and a caged ball bearing assembly that is sandwiched in between them.
Cylindrical Roller Thrust Bearings
Gwilliam Company’s “T” style cylindrical roller thrust bearings are designed to operate under heavy loads at moderate speeds. They consist of two flat hardened and ground steel washers with a cage retainer holding one or more hardened and ground rollers in each pocket.
Spherical Roller Bearings
A Spherical Roller Bearing is a rolling-element bearing that permits angular misalignment. Typically, these bearings support a rotating shaft in the bore of the inner ring that may be misaligned in respect to the outer ring. Spherical Roller Bearings handle heavy radial loads at lower speeds.
Precision & Sizing Balls
We have been a supplier of loose bearing balls for almost 100 years. These balls can be supplied in accordance with the applicable Mil Spec with chemical and physical certifications if required.
