Journal Roller Bearings
Gwilliam Journal Roller Bearings are designed for high radial load, low speed applications. They consist of hardened bearing steel inner and outer raceways and a non-separable roller assembly. The roller assembly consists of hardened and ground bearing steel rollers held between a pair of machined bronze cage ends. The bearings are available as a complete bearing which includes the roller assembly with a casing and sleeve. It is also available as a journal roller assembly only, or a journal roller assembly with a casing and/or sleeve. Depending upon your requirements, these bearings are available in a wide range of sizes.
The cage ends are also available in pressed steel or stainless steel, depending upon your application requirements.
